APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #7011 TO PROVIDE AND INSTALL CEILING TILE
Description
A bid to 'Provide and Install Ceiling Tile' was received from one vendor on August 22, 2006. The bid of Gator Gypsum, Inc., was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications and is within budgetary guidelines. This bid is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The funds for these purchases are contained in the capital budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department.
Recommendation
That the bid of Gator Gypsum, Inc., to 'Provide and Install Ceiling Tile' in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00, be approved for award and purchase.
